CaptureFlow does not collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or sell any user data. Every screenshot you take, every annotation you make, and every setting you change stays on your own computer. The extension has no backend, no account system, and no analytics.
CaptureFlow is a browser extension with a single purpose: to capture, annotate, and export screenshots of web pages. Everything it does happens locally in your browser.

CaptureFlow reads the content of a page only at the moment you ask it to take a screenshot, purely to produce that image for you. That image is never sent anywhere.
CaptureFlow saves the following locally on your own computer, using your browser's built-in storage. None of it leaves your machine.
You can delete any individual capture, or clear the entire history, at any time from the History page. Uninstalling CaptureFlow removes all of it.

Used only when you select a device preset (for example, iPhone). It temporarily changes the User-Agent header on that one tab so the site serves its mobile layout, then removes the change immediately after the capture. It is never used to read, log, block, or redirect your traffic. |
CaptureFlow does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, crash reporting, or any third-party service. It makes no network requests of its own.
CaptureFlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer user data except as necessary to provide the extension's single purpose, and we do not use or transfer user data for serving advertisements, for creditworthiness or lending purposes, or to determine any form of personalized targeting. No human reads your data, because none of it reaches us.
CaptureFlow is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
If our data handling practices ever change, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the new practices take effect, and we will disclose the change within the extension itself. Continued use after such a change is subject to the updated policy.
